Patricia represented us when buying a home, and she worked with us for 8 months during our buying process. What I most appreciated about Pat was how she was always so responsive, and how fantastic she was in following up on all of our questions. She understands the buying process very well and guided us every step of the way, even following up after the purchase of our home with another item that needed our attention. But aside from the actual buying process, she is very in tune with the emotional aspect of buying a home, and so is empathetic to you as her client when going through the buying process. Pat is diligent and hard working, and after a few hiccups with deals falling through, her words "I am not giving up!", meant a lot! She was always professional in her interactions with us, and in her dealings with the seller's brokers. We truly appreciate all the work she did in helping us find our home, which we love!

Patricia was absolutely phenomenal as both a realtor and an individual. From the very first meeting we had with her we knew she was the perfect person to work with. She is well spoken, detail oriented and knowledgeable, incredibly patient and responsive, and worked with us every step of the way through the entire process. She kept us informed of everything going on and happily agreed to and enforced any requests we had such as requiring buyers to take shoes off/wear booties to protect the floors. Outside of deciding to sell our home she was absolutely the best decision we made during the entire process. Could not recommend her more.
